Instant delivery
Jadoodle sells digital packs and movie credits. They are delivered instantly to the parent's account as soon as payment succeeds.
Refunds within 7 days
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the credits are unused, or if a technical problem stopped you from using them.
Failed movies
If a movie can't be made, the credit is returned to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us.
Cancellation
There are no subscriptions — nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@jadoodle.app from your parent account email with the date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
